    2 minutes

MCCSC Interim Superintendent Dr. Markay Winston’s Entry Plan aims to honor the historical academic excellence of the corporation while focusing new energy on aligning resources to achieve the vision and mission of MCCSC’s strategic plan.

Phase 3 of her entry plan concentrates on providing an analysis on the organizational capacity, alignment, and overall fiscal and operational health of the organization.

See below for Dr. Winston’s October updates in strategic initiatives, Childs-Templeton engagement, community engagement, and college and career pathways.

    Strategic Initiatives

    Childs-Templeton Engagement

More than 20 engagement sessions have been held to-date with parents, teachers, staff, community leaders, and advisory groups to hear their concerns and priorities on the Childs-Templeton merger. Each month, feedback has been incorporated into considerations presented to the Board of School Trustees.
